ALLIED BUILDING, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Renovation of two buildings in the central business district of Lancaster to provide space for the offices of Tippetts/Weaver, and Havrilla/Corrigan, an advertising agency, along with apartments on the upper level.
The project included complete interior rehabilitation of both buildings and reconstruction of the building façade and storefront. The project was an Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit project.
This project received a Design Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects in 2005 and a C. Emlen Urban Award from the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County for Adaptive Reuse.
