EAST KING STREET APARTMENTS, Lancaster, Pennsylvania
The East King Street Apartments project included renovations of six existing towhouse apartment buildings to provide improved affordable rental housing. The completed project included twenty-four; one, two and three bedroom units. This project was awarded a Historical Preservation award by Preservation Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission in 1996 and also recieved a preservation award from the Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County in 1997. This project included both Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and Historical Rehabilitation Tax Credits.
