PRINCE STREET CENTER, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

This project included the renovation of an existing historic tobacco warehouse in the City of Lancaster to provide a restaurant, office space and apartments. The work on this building is the first phase of a larger rehabilitiation project including several other historic warehouse structures. Later phases are in the design stages. Our work on this project included architectural design, documents, construction observation and interior design services. The project is a Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit Project and was awarded a Design Award from 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania in 2006.
