HISTORIC HENRY MARTIN BRICK MACHINE MFG. CO Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Renovation of a grouping of seven existing historic tobacco warehouses in Lancaster City, to provide a mix of uses. Early phases of the project involved renovating a number of warehouses to provide alternative housing for students at Franklin and Marshall College. This is a multi-phased project; the first two phases of the project have been completed and are now occupied. The completed portion of the work includes thirty-two (32) residential rental units. The third phase of the project is lead by Radnor Property Group; this phase includes renovations to approximately 30,000 square feet warehouse space for childcare for Hildebrandt Learning Center, and adult care for Albright Care Services.
